Coming to First Church this Summer
We’re excited to welcome a series of authors, theologians, and musicians in the months ahead – and we begin on Wednesday 13 May at 7.30pm in the Church Hall with Dr Roberto Che Espinoza.
Roberto is a trans, Latino theologian and activist whose work sits at the intersection of liberation theology, queer theory, somatic practice, and collective healing.
Author of Activist Theology and Body Becoming: A Path to Our Liberation, and founder of Our Collective Becoming, Roberto brings a deeply personal and embodied perspective shaped by life, story, and community.
📅 Wednesday 13 May at 7.30pm
